About Connect Moms

Connect Moms is a unique job posting and career resource for parents who are interested in researching or seeking family friendly career opportunities.  Developed and supported by Sarah Fowles, Communications Director and James Sadler, Technical Director Connect Moms has been connecting women with career opporutnities that fit their lifestyles for over two years. 

Being a parent of two boys and having over 15 years experience in online strategic development, Sarah felt there was a gap in the online offering for parents who were seeking resources and career options that suit their lifestyle.  Through Sarah's partnership with James they have worked to launch a unique and engaging information hub for career-minded parents to research, review and connect with family friendly career opportunities and information.

Sarah and James like to term the Connect Moms career services as Lifestyle Recruiting. We all know being a working parent is so much more than just going to work. It is about your career path, your work environment, the juggling of schedules, technology (to assist with juggling schedules), family time, finances, holidays and so much more.  We look forward to continuing to work with companies to develop and deliver the scope of lifestyle recruiting for Canadian parents.
