Can you deliver?
It’s 1:00pm. You’ve got clients’ cheques and drafts that must be at the bank by 1:30pm. The streets are busy, traffic is bumper to bumper, and it's raining hard in Vancouver . None of this means anything to you, however, since you’re already at your destination — on time, on schedule and with a level of efficiency that other can only admire. Sound like you? Treasury Envoy
You’ll co-ordinate pick-up and delivery of transaction materials between clients and financial institutions. This is fast-paced work, requiring a good deal of efficiency, solid administrative ability, and personalized assistance to both clients and staff.
You’re a licensed, safe driver with a dependable car and knowledge of the city of Vancouver streets and traffic laws. You’ve got a high school diploma, ideally some office administration courses, and at least one or two years’ related experience as a courier, or a clerical worker. What sets you apart is a positive, team-oriented attitude, passion for meeting deadlines, and ability to make sure that the i’s are dotted and t’s are crossed.
This is an on-call position; with varied hours including holiday relief
