Disciplining our children is one of the most challenging aspects of parenting. We often feel guilty when enforcing the rules or frustrated at their negative or lack of response. This 90 minute interactive session provides simple techniques for positive discipline and effective boundary-setting and starts parents on a path towards developing capable, independent and self-disciplined children. Award-winning speaker, and author of “It’s not a Plot to Drive you Crazy”, Fran Kammermayer will help parents navigate the bumps in the road and discover how to achieve a healthy and respectful family environment while having fun.

What does “working from home” mean to you? Have you filled in the Workplace Location Survey yet?

Thank you to everyone who has already filled in the Workplace Location Survey. We have really interesting results to date!

If you have not yet filled in the survey, and if you are:

- a parent living in Greater Vancouver,
- who works in a location outside of a traditional office/storefront/clinical setting, and
- who has children under the age of 6,
We would appreciate your input. Please take 10 minutes to complete the attached survey before March 9, 2009 and be entered into a draw to win one of the following:
