Responsibilities:
As a member of NDMC (National Deployment Management Centre) team, you will have direct internal and external customer contact to facilitate and satisfy customer requirements for installation and repair of services.  You will be responsible for performing system overrides; updating coded service requests; completing service transactions, researching billing inquiries; creating and modifying associated data and records; monitoring and resolving system alerts and dispatching of workload as required. 
 
The compensation for this full-time position is $16.07 per hour. In addition to a competitive hourly rate, you will be entitled to many of the attractive full-time benefits that accompany TELUS team membership.
 
As a 24 hour, 7 day a week operation, you will be required to work a variety of shifts from Sunday-Saturday. Schedules are based on a weekly rotation, with the majority of shifts falling within the regular hours of operation: 7:00AM - 9:00PM Monday through Friday, 7:00AM - 6:00PM Saturday, Sunday and Statutory Holidays.
