Shed Store

Our shop offers fabric & leather sofas & chairs, small wood furniture pieces, home accents and gifts.  It is called Shed Home Furnishings and is located on West 10th Avenue in the village of Point Grey.  It is a great little business, only 3 1/2 years old, with lots of potential for further growth.  The village of  Point Grey and it's surrounds (Dunbar, UBC & Southlands) is growing by "leaps & bounds"!

Our shop has become a big part of the community of Point Grey and our customers
have become a part of the Shed family.  We are looking for someone to take over
this "family"  We have a new venture on Bowen Island and find it difficult to
run two business, one on an island and one on the main land.  We are looking for
someone who wants to purchase our lovely shop ... someone who is creative, loves
home decor and beautiful things, who loves people and wants to give excellent
service (also - must like dogs and babies because we get a lot of them in the
shop!)  Our asking price is $35,000.  This will include EVERYTHING!  This is a
total turn-key sale.  We just walk out the door (after we've trained you on the
cash register and have introduced you to our suppliers and given you our ideas
